Point Reyes has over miles and miles of spectacular California coastline, with many breath taking Point Reyes beaches. The ocean water off each Point Reyes beach is much cooler than Central & Southern California beaches. However, even though the Point Reyes Beach water temperature is still not Florida warm, many enjoy swimming on warm summer California days. The Point Reyes beaches are however more beautiful, with coastal mountains making a picture perfect background. A Point Reyes summer is usually sunny and mild. A Point Reyes winter is often has foggy in the morning but enjoys bright sunny afternoons. Many Point Reyes beaches have trails for walking, biking and skateboarding. Point Reyes wildlife viewing is exceptional. Gray and Humpback Whale migrations are visible from most Point Reyes beaches.
