- All Point Reyes Bed Breakfast rates are for single or double occupancy.
- There is a $10 extra per person charge for each adult over two per Point Reyes Vacation Rentals room
- Children 12 and under are free at our Point Reyes Vacation Rentals.
- Bed Breakfast Rates do not include 12% bed tax
- Complimentary High Speed Access available at our Point Reyes Vacation Rentals
- Generous, all-you-can-eat expanded Point Reyes Vacation Rentals Continental breakfast buffet and Bed Breakfast evening wine & cheese included daily.
- Bed Breakfast Cribs available no charge.

- Pet charge $10 per night per pet.

- Thanksgiving: 24 - 27 November (2 night minimum)
- Christmas Week: 24 - 25 December
26 - 30 December (Winter Weekend Rates Apply) - New Year's Eve: 31 December, 1 January (2 night minimum)
- Martin Luther King's Day: 16 January (2 night minimum, Weekend Rates Apply)
- President's Weekend: 18 - 20 February (3 night minimum)
- Spring Break: 20 - 24 March (Spring Weekend Rates Apply)
- Easter Weekend: 25 - 27 March (2 night minimum)
- Spring Break: 28 - 31 March (Spring Weekend Rates Apply)
2005 Point Reyes Vacation Rental Summer Holiday Rates apply:
- Memorial Day: 27 - 29 May (3 night minimum)
- Graduation Weekend: 10 - 12 June (3 night minimum) (Summer Holiday Rates +$10)
- Summer Solstice Weekend: 24 - 25 June (2 night minimum)
- Independence Day: 3 - 4 July (Summer Weekend Rates Apply)
- Old Spanish Days Fiesta: 4 - 6 August (3 night minimum)
- Labor Day Weekend: 2 - 4 September (3 night minimum)
